I love this ad; it's a good story well told - and it's funny, but it seems like you rarely see Robert Carlyle with his normal accent. It's usually softened down somewhat .

The ad is even more impressive when you take into account that that it's all done in one take - although I do wonder how many times Carlyle got most of the way through it then screwed up right at the end, having to be driven back down to the start again.

And, unlike Warren Ellis, I actually quite like Johnnie Walker, too.
